Shipping policy

Here at Victoria Rose Ball, we try our best to be as eco-friendly as possible - often using recycled boxes from incoming deliveries where we can. We no longer use plastic within any of products, with the exception of cellophane bags to protect prints.

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to get orders dispatched as soon as we can, this is usually within 3 days of the order being received. Deliveries during busy times of the year may take a little longer than usual due to the volume of orders to process. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor do we have to replace them free of charge. If for any reason your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact hello@victoriaroseball.com as soon as possible.

UK DELIVERY

All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, although upgrades are available at checkout. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and the size of the parcel. If it has been two weeks since you placed your order and you have yet to receive your order, please contact hello@victoriaroseball.com

LOCAL PICK UP

For local customers, you are welcome to pick up your order from my Edinburgh studio. Please note that a date and time for collection must be agreed upon prior to collection. Orders are typically ready within 2-3 days. Weekend/evening collections are also available with prior arrangement.

EU / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Due to recent changes with International Shipping, we have paused posting to the US and within the EU for the timebeing. Deliveries elsewhere around the world are sent via International Standard, although upgrades are available at checkout. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and the size of the parcel. If it has been four weeks since you placed your order and you are yet to receive your item(s), please contact hello@victoriaroseball.com
