Shipping Information
We try our best to be as eco-friendly as possible, taking time to learn about sustainable options for sending out parcels whilst ensuring your order arrives safely and securely. Every order dispatched is sent inside a cardboard backed envelope or cardboard box - using packaging materials such as paper bags, tissue paper and paper tape to keep each item safe. For larger orders, we often recycle boxes from incoming deliveries.
Dispatch Times
Deliveries during peak times of the year (eg during sales or the festive period) may take a little longer than usual to dispatch during the volume of orders to process. We typically aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, although it is often sooner than this. In the unlikely event that this will be delayed (eg due to stock issues / holidays), we will be in touch as soon as possible.
UK Shipping
Orders placed within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, although upgrades to Tracked & Signed services are available at the checkout. These are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after they are dispatched. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and size of the parcel. If it has been two weeks since you placed your order and you are yet to receive the item(s), contact hello@victoriaroseball.com as soon as possible.
International Delivery
Please note: Due to the new GSPR regulations in place within the EU and NI, we are currently unable to ship to these locations. We hope this will change in the future but for the time being we are at the disposal of the regulations.
Deliveries outside of the UK should be made within 10 working days - although this is determined on the timescales within the destination country. All orders are sent out via International Standard and don’t come with tracking. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and size of your parcel. If it has been 4 weeks since you placed your order and you are yet to receive your item(s), please contact hello@victoriaroseball.com as soon as possible.
Lost / Damaged Orders
If you think your order may be lost, please double check the shipping information is correct in the first instance. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@victoriaroseball.com as soon as possible - ensuring to state your order number and include a photo of the damaged item. If I am not contacted within 5 days of delivery, I am unable to take any responsibility for the damage (unless in the case of a print or production error).
