Shipping Information
We try our best to be as eco-friendly as possible, taking time to learn about sustainable options for sending out parcels whilst ensuring your order arrives safely and securely. Every order dispatched is sent inside a cardboard backed envelope or cardboard box - using packaging materials such as paper bags, tissue paper and paper tape to keep each item safe. For larger orders, we often recycle boxes from incoming deliveries.
Dispatch Times
We aim to get orders dispatched as soon as we can, usually within 3 days of the order being placed - although it is often sooner than this.
Deliveries during peak times may take a little longer than usual due to the volume of orders to process. In the unlikely event that your order will be delayed (eg, due to stock issues / holidays), we will be in touch as soon as possible.
UK Shipping
Orders placed within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, although upgrades to Tracked & Signed services are available at the checkout. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and size of the parcel.
If it has been two weeks since you placed your order and you are yet to receive the item(s), contact hello@victoriaroseball.com as soon as possible.
Local Pickup
If you are local to Edinburgh and would like to save a few pennies on the postage, you are more than welcome to pick your order up from my Edinburgh-based studio.
Please note that a date and time will need to be agreed upon prior to collection, to ensure that I am available to meet you with your order. Orders are typically ready within 2-3 days. Weekend / evening collections are also available with prior arrangement.
International Delivery
Please note: Due to new restrictions in place within the EU, NI and the US, we are currently unable to ship to these locations. We hope this will change in the future but for the time being we are at the disposal of the regulations.
All orders are sent out via International Standard and don’t come with tracking. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and size of your parcel.

Lost / Damaged Orders
If you think your order may be lost, please check the shipping information is correct in the first instance. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, contact hello@victoriaroseball.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. If I am not contacted within 5 days of delivery, I am unable to take any responsibility for the damage (unless in the case of a print or production error).
