Here at Victoria Rose Ball, I try my best to be as eco-friendly as possible, taking time to learn and look into sustainable ways to send out parcels all the time. Currently, every parcel I send goes out inside a cardboard-backed envelopes or a cardboard box (boxes are often recycled from incoming deliveries). I've recently removed the cellophane bags from greetings cards, meaning these are now sent out in a paper envelope with a sticker to hold them together instead. #nakedcards
At the moment, I ship parcels twice a week - usually on a Monday and a Friday. Deliveries during particularly busy times of year (e.g, during any sales or the festive period) may take a little longer than usual due to the volume of orders to process. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, I cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge. Proof of postage is retained for every sale, which can help locate lost post through Royal Mail.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, stating your order number and include a photo of the damaged item. If I am not contacted within 7 days of delivery, I am unable to take any responsibility for the damage (unless it is a print / production error).
Deliveries within the UK should be made within 2-5 working days after placing your order. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard, although upgrades to Tracked & Signed services are available at the checkout. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and the size of the parcel. If it has been two weeks since you placed your order and you are yet to receive your item(s), please contact email@example.com as quickly as possible and we can find out what has happened to your parcel.
Deliveries within Europe should be made within 5-7 working days after placing an order and International Deliveries outside of the UK and Europe will be made from 7 working days - but this is determined on the time-scales within the destination country. All orders are sent out via International Standard and don't come with tracking. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and the size of the parcel. If it has been four weeks since you placed your order and you are yet to receive your item(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible and we can find out what has happened to your parcel.
