I need help placing an order / have an issue with an order.
Email hello@victoriaroseball.com with further details and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and size / weight of the parcel. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery times vary by location.
UK: Typically within 3-5 working days. International: within 10 working days.
Please note the above dates are given as an estimate and are not guaranteed.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@victoriaroseball.com, ensuring to include your order details and photos of the damaged item and packaging. I aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
There’s something missing from my order!
Uh oh! Although rare, mistakes can sometimes happen. Please email hello@victoriaroseball.com with your order number and details about what is missing.
My order hasn’t arrived! Where is it?
If you have placed an order during peak times (eg sales or the festive period), please be aware that Royal Mail are incredibly busy and deliveries can take longer than usual during these times. In the first instance, please double check that your shipping address is correct. I am unable to take responsibility for shipping details being incorrect at time of ordering.
For UK orders, please leave 2 weeks before getting in touch about a missing parcel. For International orders, please leave 4 weeks before getting in touch about a missing parcel.
For further information regarding shipping and delivery times, visit my Shipping Information page.
Can I send gifts directly to a friend?
Absolutely! Ensure that their address is input as the shipping address and leave a note with the order at checkout. I can also hand-write a message to your friend, leave details for this in the notes section also. Rest assured, no prices are included with orders so your friend won’t be able to see the order details.
I run a shop and want to stock your work. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, I offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders for businesses who are looking to stock our work. Please check my list of Current Stockists to ensure that your business isn’t neighbouring one of these and would therefore create any competition, as this will be the first thing I look out for when supplying somewhere new! To get in touch, email hello@victoriaroseball.com with as much information as possible (where you are located, what your shop sells, your social media handles, etc) and I’ll get back to you with a link to my wholesale catalogue and information about placing an order.

General
Where / what did you study?
I studied BA(Hons) Illustration at Edinburgh College of Art, and graduated in 2016 (wow, time flies!) If you are thinking of studying illustration, especially at ECA, I’d be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about this (I know this would have really helped me many years ago!), so please do get in touch either via email hello@victoriaroseball.com or on Instagram @victoriaroseball
Why Edinburgh?
I moved here in 2013 to study, and instantly fell in love with the city. From the first day I moved here, despite being over 300 miles from where I grew up, I felt right at home. The city has the perfect balance of all the things I love - stunning architecture, a fascinating history, winding streets perfect for exploring, a creative buzz, lots of green spaces and close proximity to the sea. What more could I ask for!
What inspires you?
I get a lot of my inspiration from my surroundings - I regularly go on walks around Edinburgh and love exploring new places within the city. I spend a lot of my days off exploring outside of the city, taking regular day trips to places further afield. I take a lot of photographs when I’m out and about too, most of which I refer back to at a later date when coming up with ideas for new project collections.
Who works at Victoria Rose Ball?
For the majority of the work, the team is made up of me, myself and I. However I have a very supportive partner (aka my Executive Assistant) who is often found helping me out at markets / trade shows.
Director of Paw-sitive Vibes is our ginger cat, Munch. He is a Munchkin cat, meaning his legs are about 3” shorter than most cats. But what he lacks in height, he makes up for in affection. He loves snuggles, chin scratches and most of all, sitting on my lap / keyboard when I am trying to work. He’s got his own Instagram if you fancy keeping up with his cuteness! - @munch.munchkin
How do you create your illustrations?
My artwork is created entirely using digital techniques, drawing on my iPad with my Apple Pencil. I also use digital tools within the Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop and Illustrator - depending on the project.
Where do you get your work printed / made?
Unfortunately, information on where my work is produced isn’t something that I feel comfortable sharing openly, as sourcing reliable suppliers takes a lot of time and effort - it’s pretty much a job in itself. Every artist / shop has a different set of priorities when it comes to products and what is the most suitable for them. I would suggest having a google and ordering samples / placing small orders before going ahead with any large quantities. There are lots of companies out there and finding ones that aren’t suitable is equally as important!
How can I stay updated on your latest work and projects?
Follow me on social media, links are at the footer of my website. I am mostly active on Instagram, so if you are looking for regular content, that is where to go.
You can also subscribe to my newsletter for updates, new releases and behind the scenes content.
