How to Order
To place an order, email hello@victoriaroseball.com with product names, quantities and sizes. A minimum order of £75 applies.
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping on all orders in the UK. Orders within Edinburgh City Centre may be delivered in person. International shipping cost depends on size, weight and destination.
We aim to get your complete order to you within 2 weeks.
Payment
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date via BACS. Late payments may incur charges. For new stockists, we require payment as proforma for your intial order.
Returns / Damages
In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, email photos within 3 working days to hello@victoriaroseball.com and we will get it resolved for you.
Missing items should also be reported within 3 working days.
